Many vessels already purify incoming fresh water from the dock using Spot Zero systems, providing them with spot free wash-downs and ultra pure water for cooking, cleaning, bathing etc. These customers are so pleased with the water produced from their Spot Zero systems they are now demanding the same water quality from their water-makers. This Project is an example of "double pass reverse osmosis" a process that produces an ultra pure fresh water straight from the sea. We integrated a Sea Recovery water-maker and a Spot Zero system onboard a Westport 85' (Pacific Mariner). The 200 ppm water being produced by the Sea Recovery now runs through the Spot Zero system, producing an ultra pure 15 ppm water. The customer can now enjoy the highest quality of water even while at sea.
Yacht Water inc. works closely with the yachting industry's top water system manufacturers. During this project we worked closely with the engineers at Spot Zero, making sure all modifications were done to factory specifications. We provided photos of this project to Spot Zero and Westport Yachts, they were both quite pleased with our work. Spot Zero was happy to know their customers are getting the maximum benefit from their systems and Westport was pleased to know their customers are receiving the highest quality of support.
